Work that matters for people who care!
How to design consumer goods supply chains to constantly deliver a competitive edge? What are the challenges we are facing to build forward thinking processes for a high satisfaction in consumer experience, business interests and our environment?

Since several years I'm in charge to translate business strategy into Supply Chain and Digital strategies. Having worked in large multi-national corporations like adidas and Nike, but also in Scale up like Zalando or Allies of Skin, I predominantly managed the collaboration between customers, suppliers and functional departments. Before assuming Senior Leadership roles, I carried out roles as Process Manager, System Owner and Project Manager to deliver an innovative technical infrastructure for physical goods flow and synchronized systems.

There are many reasons digital transformation project don't deliver the intended results. Usually high efforts in budget and resources are made. Large corporations lean towards complex integration into legacy systems or designing for edge cases. Start up organizations are forced to rapidly deliver new features to scale the venture, paired with immense stakeholder expacations. That leads to dissatisfaction on customer experience, or employee user experience. This can easily result into lower engagement with your brand or within your company.
At least, a poor adoption of expensive programms and large efforts for transition management.
To master this, I continiously deepen my knowledge in digital management. Since useable software always starts with understanding the users' needs, I currently focus on Agile development and Change Management.
